It Ain't My Bad

Enough’s enough with you, I had my time, it’s true
You walk another line now, I had my time, it’s through
This haughty glance you sell ain’t worth a dime no more
I’m on a train that’s on a different track for sure

Falling for nothing, no, I’ll better stand for something
Just tired of seeing me stand and seeing you running
Let’s go our separate ways and lose what we never had
You’re free to hate me now, but it just ain’t my bad

Along the night you shine, like a swaying gem of light
But I’ve grown to know, real gold ain’t just as bright
I walked the walk and talked the talk far enough to see
Kitty, you may be just too good for a hound like me

Falling for nothing, no, I’ll better stand for something
Just tired of seeing me stand and seeing you running
Let’s go our separate ways and lose what we never had
You’re free to hate me now, but it just ain’t my bad

So I’ll ride on the thunderchief like uncle Lem would do
Bag up my pride and swear to look for no one else like you
I got no aces up my sleeve, no voices in my sky
It seems I’m all alone to fight until the day I die

Special thanx for this one: Ντίνα, Uncle Lemmy.
